Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing the custom software and consulting services of Rakesh Kumar prusty ("we," "us," or "our"). Because our services involve customized digital design, source code delivery, and professional hourly consulting, our Refund and Cancellation Policy is defined as follows:
1. Consulting & Development (Hourly Service)
All software consultation and development services billed on a standard hourly basis ($50/hour) represent payment for engineering time spent.
- Hourly consulting time already delivered and logged is **non-refundable**.
- Clients may review hourly logs at any time to verify the development work completed.
2. Milestone-Based Custom Projects
For larger projects structured around specific delivery milestones, refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:

| Milestone Not Started | Eligible for a 100% refund of any advance paid for that specific milestone. |
| Milestone In-Progress | Billed pro-rata. The client will be refunded the remaining balance after deducting hours logged up to the cancellation request. |
| Milestone Completed & Delivered | Once source code or deliverables have been delivered, verified, or deployed, they are non-refundable. |
3. Project Cancellation Procedure
Clients wish to cancel an active development engagement must send a written notice to: rockyprusty007@gmail.com.
- Upon receiving the notice, we will immediately halt all current development activities.
- We will compute the hours logged up to the receipt of the email and send a final invoice or process a refund for any excess advance payment.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once a refund is approved by us, it will be initiated immediately:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Please note that it typically takes **5 to 7 business days** for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing cycles and payment gateway parameters (e.g., BillDesk).
