2. Billing & Pricing Model
Our payment terms and rates are structured as follows:
- Consultation & Web Project Pricing: Custom Web Development projects start at $500 USD. Additional programming and consultation tasks are billed at $50 USD per hour, or a mutually agreed-upon flat fee matching the scope.
- Invoicing: Invoices are generated based on project milestones or hourly logs, and are sent to the client via email.
- Payment Gateways: Payments are processed securely online using verified payment gateways (such as BillDesk). We do not collect or store financial card or banking credentials.
- Delays: Failure to clear invoices within the stipulated deadline may result in a temporary suspension of project delivery or website deployment.
3. Use of Website
By using this website, you agree that you will not use it for any purpose that is unlawful, malicious, or prohibited by these terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our server, code, or databases.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property ownership is defined as:
- All background source code, development frameworks, and utilities owned by us prior to starting a client project remain our property.
- Upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, ownership of the custom deliverables, application code, and configured assets specifically created for a client will transfer to the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use of our services or software systems. All custom software is delivered "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its absolute performance or security, other than those specified in our contracts.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an active project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all hours logged and milestones successfully reached up to the date of termination.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
